Fresh and tasty Lebanese-Assyrian barbecue is what The Habibiz catering is all about. The first-of-its-kind Middle Eastern food truck: a Lebanese-Assyrian barbecue straight to you! They are a food truck specialising in Middle Eastern cuisine including mixed platters, homemade salads (tabouli, fatoush) and sauces (hommus, garlic and tahini). All their meats are chargrilled and they also have rolls with marinated chicken breast, lamb kafta, cauliflower, falafel and diced lamb.

They cater to vegetarians and also have gluten-free options. The Habibiz catering have a fantastic community response about their tasty new offerings. All their food is homemade and made fresh to order, they pride ourselves on that.

My approach to photographing people combines documentary-style storytelling with a playful essence. I don't want to take the "perfect" photo. For me, the perfect shots are the ones that are candid, unposed, real and in the moment. I believe that capturing people doing what they love, with the people they love, in their element, is what makes a photograph come to life when you look back on it.
